Handicap Access
Our exterior entrances each have electronically controlled doors for access into the building. We also have one elevator in the mall and one elevator in the Bay.

Handicap stalls are available in public washrooms and handicap parking is available near all mall entrances. If there is anything more we can do to assist you please call or stop by our customer service desk.

Tickets to just about every event in the city are available through Ticketmaster!

Check online at www.ticketmaster.ca or call 451-8000 for all current events and stop by Londonderry Mall Customer Service (located lower level by the elevator) to get your tickets.

Londonderry Mall gift cards are a great choice for anyone on your gift list! Valid at most of the 150 stores and services, mall gift cards are great for weddings, Christmas, birthdays, and any other special occasion.

Gift Cards are available in denominations of $5 - $50 and are valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. Cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.

SECURITY

Welcome to Londonderry Mall! On behalf of the entire security team we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. We will serve and protect persons and property at Londonderry Mall, ensuring that individual actions will not interfere with the public enjoyment of the mall. Our security team works closely with other store security within the mall and the Edmonton Police Service to accomplish this goal.

Our dedicated security team is well-trained and educated, drawing from our previous experience in police, military and security agencies. Everyone is also trained to provide First Aid and CPR if required.

Security is onsite 24 hours a day. We can be reached at 475 - 9393 directly or by contacting Customer Service at 476 - 1441.
