Our Customer Service is located on the main level across from the Centre Fountain. You may contact us at 780-476-1441. Customer Service is open during all regular and special holiday shopping hours.

Our services were designed to make your shopping experience more comfortable, more convenient and less stressful.

SERVICES

Strollers / Wheelchairs

We offer free use of our single or double infant strollers as well as our wheelchairs. Simply leave us a piece of identification!

Gift Cards

The perfect gift is the one they choose themselves.

Londonderry Mall Gift Cards are a great choice for anyone on your gift list! Redeemable at most of the 150 stores and services, Londonderry Mall Gift Cards are great for weddings, Christmas, birthdays, and any other special occasion. Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5-$500. See Gift Card section for complete details. Cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.

Gift Wrapping Services

Time saving and convenient! All gifts are only $4 to wrap!

Lost and Found

Stop by our Customer Service to report or claim any lost or found article.

Ticketmaster Outlet

Tickets to just about every event in the city are available through Ticketmaster! Check online at www.ticketmaster.ca or call 780-451-8000 for all current events and stop by Londonderry Mall Customer Service (located main level by the elevator) to get your tickets.

Free Parcel / Bag / Coat Check

To make your stay more comfortable, stop by the Customer Service desk and check your belongings with us.

Faxing / Photocopying

Our fax service provides a quick solution to enhance your business and personal needs. Cover sheets are complimentary. Fax charges vary. All photocopying is only $0.10 a page.

Bus Passes/ ETS Tickets

Our Customer Service offers adult, senior, and DATS monthly bus passes, tickets and all-day passes.

Phone Cards

Phone Cards are available in $5 or $10.

First Aid

Customer Service can assist you with your first aid needs. All Security personnel are certified in CPR/First Aid.

The stores in Londonderry Mall are always looking for good people! Check out Londonderry Mall's current Job Postings Board, located on the main level next to Customer Service.

Lottery Ticket Centre

For your lottery needs, our Lottery Ticket Centre offers various scratch tickets, Lotto MAX and Lotto 649 for purchase.

SECURITY

Welcome to Londonderry Mall! On behalf of the entire security team we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. We will serve and protect persons and property at Londonderry Mall, ensuring that individual actions will not interfere with the public enjoyment of the mall. Our security team works closely with other store security within the mall and the Edmonton Police Service to accomplish this goal.

Our dedicated security team is well-trained and educated, drawing from our previous experience in police, military and security agencies. Everyone is also trained to provide First Aid and CPR if required.

Security is onsite 24 hours a day. Our dispatch office is located on the main level of Londonderry Mall next to Customer Service. We can be reached at 780-476-3757

MALL AMENITIES

Handicap Access

Our exterior entrances each have electronically controlled doors for access into the building. We also have one elevator in the mall and one elevator in the Bay.

Handicap stalls are available in public washrooms and handicap parking is available near all mall entrances. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Customer Service. If there is anything more we can do to assist you please call or stop by our Customer Service desk.

Transit Information

Our Customer Service offers public transportation route maps and bus schedules. You can also purchase transit passes and tickets at our Customer Service.

Postal Outlet

Shoppers Drug Mart offers a full service postal outlet, located on the main level at the south side of the mall.

Banks and Financial Services

Two full service financial institutions for all your banking needs. TD Canada Trust located on the main level northeast entrance. Bank of Montreal located on the main level east entrance (66th Street).

ATM Banking Machines

Londonderry Mall has numerous cash-only dispensing ATM machines. Located on the upper level beside the elevator, food court, across from Customer Service, main level across from Shoppers Drug Mart, and upper level beside Dollarama.

Pay Phones / Taxi Phones

Pay phones can be found near every major mall entrance. Taxi phones are complimentary and can be located on the main level south entrance, upper north west entrance and lower east entrance.
